Starboy Kwarteng sues Bullet over Ebony Reigns’ songs

A legal tussle between Nana Opoku Kwarteng and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rufftown Records, Ricky Nana Agyemang aka Bullet, is gathering momentum.

Reports circulating online said the father of late Ghanaian songstress, Ebony Reigns is demanding songs composed by his daughter from Bullet.

According to the report, Nana Opoku Kwarteng nicknamed Starboy Kwarteng decided to face Bullet at the court after the expiration of the contract between them and the late musician.

Ebony’s father is looking forward to have control over the songs churned out by his daughter before her death.

Currently, details and the duration of the contact are not available to the public.

However, Bullet in an interview over a year ago, said Ebony Reigns was given 40 per cent from the revenues they generated.

His claim was also confirmed by Nana Opoku Kwarteng in the same year.

Nana Opoku and Bullet’s relationship has been on and off after Ebony died in an accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi road through a car crash on February 8, 2018.
