Moses Bliss, the renowned Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter, proudly declared his wife, Marie Wiseborn, as the most beautiful bride in the entire universe.
This proclamation took place during their lavish traditional wedding at the Underbridge, East Legon in Accra, just days after their civil ceremony in Nigeria.
The MC, introducing the couple, unintentionally labeled her as the most beautiful bride in Africa, prompting Moses to playfully correct the statement during the votes of thanks, emphasizing that she is, in fact, the most beautiful bride universally.
“Just before I give my vote of thanks, I wanna correct an impression. When the emcee was introducing my wife, my bride, he said ‘this is the most beautiful bride in the whole of Africa.’ That is very wrong. She’s the most beautiful bride in the whole of the universe. Just to put things in perspective,” he said. To this, the MC said, “forgive me sah,” and Moses replied, “You’re forgiven.”
