Highlife artist Dada Kwaku Duah, famously known as Dada KD, has announced his plan to marry when he turns 65.
During an interview on the Asaase Breakfast Show, the acclaimed singer explained that he prefers to wait until he is older to avoid the temptation of infidelity.
“I’m almost 53 years old, but I want to wait until I’m 65 before tying the knot,” he said.
The ‘Somu Gye’ sensation, whose eldest son is 27 years old, asserted that he would not counsel young people to marry under peer pressure.
“If you are not working, don’t marry in Accra, it may seem like a punishment,” he cautioned.
In 2022, the highlife musician debunked rumors suggesting he would wed gospel artist evangelist Diana Asamoah. Despite being unmarried, Dada KD is a proud father of five children.
