Ghanaian singer Wutah Kobby believes that single individuals may prefer casual relationships over marriage.
The former Wutah member, aged 41, suggests that the rising divorce rates stem from marriage losing its true meaning and significance.
Speaking on Cape Coast’s Property FM, he expressed his view that people should focus on being friends and cultivating various levels of relationships, as he sees love as an internal emotion that can be extended to anything.
According to him, casual relationships tend to endure longer compared to marriages, which, he argues, have become more about dependency than personal growth.
