Popular Ghanaian actress, Jackie Appiah has berated the Ghanaian media over fake pregnancy reports.
The actress, who was rumoured to have taken a seed for Liberia’s President, George Oppong Weah, was not happy about the unsubstantiated reports which went viral some weeks ago.
Reacting to the issue during a discussion with Nana Ama McBrown on UTV’s United Showbiz program, Jackie chastised the media for putting such a story out without fact-checking.
She indicated that there is no truth in the report, but the media impregnated her with their fake stories.
Jackie revealed she was very shocked when she heard the rumour and asked herself if she was pregnant.
She added that her son also asked her the same question following the rumours.
Jackie Appiah averred she will be happy if God blesses her with another child in the future, but for now, she is not pregnant as it was widely speculated.
