John Dumelo reveals the first thing he will do when he goes to parliament

Ghanaian actor and politician, John Dumelo has revealed one of the first things he will do when he enters parliament as Member of Parliament.

The actor in a twitter post said he will push for the enforcement of rent control act.

According to him Ghanaians need to pay at least six (6) months rent advance.

Explaining further John Dumelo indicated that the youth are struggling to survive because they have to pay two (2) years rent upfront.

He believes the youth are ‘bleeding’ because of this law and he sees it not to be right.

His post read: “One of the first things I will do when I get to parliament is to push for the enforcement of the rent control act. We need to pay at most 6 months rent advance. How can we (youth esp) survive in an economy where we have to pay 2 years rent upfront? Not right. We dey bleed. #idey4u”.

John Dumelo is contesting for MP in Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency.
