“If I were Afua’s husband, I’d drive you away” – Dada Hafco Criticizes Unnecessary Questions About Singathon Contestant’s spouse

Highlife artiste, Dada Hafco, known for “Yebewu Nti,” strongly disagrees with a recent interview about Mr. Kofi Aduonum, the husband of Ghana’s Singathon contestant, Afua Asantewaa Aduonum.

The interview suggested concerns about Afua being pursued by wealthy individuals or “big men” due to her rising fame. In response, Mr. Aduonum highlighted the importance of character and expressed confidence in his marriage.

Sharing his thoughts on Facebook, Dada Hafco feels that people’s misunderstanding of marriage has led to unfair questions and criticism directed at Mr. Aduonum. He believes this reflects a broader misconception about the sanctity of marriage and emphasizes the need for more respect and awareness when discussing such personal matters.

“If I were Afua Asantewaa Singathon’s husband and you come to me for an interview to ask about how my wife has become popular and therefore some big man will snatch her from me and so I should be scared bla bla, I won’t mind you.

“I’ll actually drive you away.Yɛsosɔ nkwaseasɛm so dodo. Mokaasɛ awareɛ yɛ primary school reading book🙄,” he said.

Married since 2017 and parents of three, it’s known that Mr. Aduonum works as a sports news journalist for Daily Guide.
