Lil Win Shuns “Accra Stars”, Picks Ramsey Nouah and Awilo Sharp Sharp for Upcoming Film Project

Kumawood actor and Wezzy Empire founder, Kwadwo Nkansah Lil Win, has opted for Nigerian actors over those in Accra for his latest film project, “A Country Called Ghana.”
Nigerian actors Ramsey Noah and Victor Osuagwu, also known as Awilo Sharp Sharp, have already arrived in Accra, with expectations of more stars joining.

To officially commence the project, a press conference is scheduled for Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at the F2 Hotel and Apartment, where the cast will be introduced to the public and media. Lil Win envisions that this new movie will reinforce the unique connection between Ghana and Nigeria.

Just days ago, Lil Win made headlines by criticizing Martha Ankomah for turning down a role in a Kumawood movie. Emphasizing the success of Kumawood over English-spoken or Accra-produced films, Lil Win seems to be seeking support from Nigeria to further establish Kumawood’s prominence.

The anticipation for the upcoming movie has now reached a fever pitch.
