Serwaa Amihere Takes Legal Action Against Henry Fitz and Associates

Media personality Serwaa Amihere has filed a lawsuit against Henry Amponsah (Henry Fitz), Edem Saviour Ketti, and Candylove Kwaykewaa Ababio.

They are accused of conspiring to distribute intimate images without consent, sharing said images, and committing sexual extortion, all in breach of section 66(1) of the Cybersecurity Act 2020 Act 1038. Edem Saviour and Candylove Kwaykewaa Ababio are presently assisting with police inquiries in custody, while Henry Fitz is still evading capture.

The legal action, commenced on April 8, 2024, identifies Serwaa as the plaintiff, who alerted the authorities on December 3, 2023, regarding blackmail involving nude photographs.

According to court documents circulating on social media, Serwaa learned from her makeup artist about a text demanding GH5000 from an anonymous sender, alleging possession of her nude images.

Per reports, another individual contacted the complainant on April 2, 2024, blackmailing her and demanding a payment of 20,000.00 to be sent to a specific MTN number. Despite the complainant complying and sending the requested amount, this individual proceeded to release Serwaa Amihere’s nude pictures on social media.

This led the complainant to file an additional complaint on April 3, 2024, prompting the police to conduct surveillance. As reported, this surveillance resulted in the arrest of Edem Saviour Ketti at his hideout in Dzorwulu.
