Award-winning globe-trotting singer Wiyaala is currently roaring with the harmattan throughout the whole country. The songstress has come under major scrutiny after visiting the beach dressed in a crocheted bikini. Wiyala, known for her traditional and folklore vibe was seen slaying in a bikini that was taking our breath away.
Wiyaala was forced to reply to the criticisms stating that what she wears is dependent on the occasion and cannot dress traditionally everywhere.
Wiyaala, also made it clear that she was not going to allow a man to tell her what to wear and what not to wear.
On the back of her support for girl power, she’s had to come hard at event organizers and critics who seem to mellow her shine. In a recent instance, she protested the positioning of her photo on an event flyer which quickly got the organizers to reposition her amongst other male acts.
Amid the recent charade, she has dropped new photos showcasing traditionally made hair that’s blowing away her fans. While other fans still give nice compliments for the new shift and critic the bikini, Wiyaala is firm on not allowing anyone to alter her dress sense.
